Beth began her career as a professional real estate broker in Wisconsin in 2015 before she and her family moved to Bend. Beth has been buying, selling and managing investment properties since 2003. She believes that regardless of the value of one’s property, she treats every client as her only client. She responds quickly and doesn’t allow things to stand between her and an answer she needs. Other strengths are her deep market knowledge, direct (yet compassionate) approach, good relationships with other real estate brokers and her excellent communication skills.

Beth graduated from Lake Forest College with degrees in Elementary Education and Sociology. She worked as a 6th grade teacher before becoming a stay at home mom to five sweet but active children. Experiences both in the classroom and in raising five kiddos has taught her great listening skills, as well as compassion for others. She always puts herself in her client’s shoes, so to speak and therefore never fails to work in their best interest.

Graced with boundless energy and enthusiasm for life, when not working, Beth spends her time being active in the beautiful Central Oregon that she calls home. Days are spent trail running with her sweet Labradoodle Rusty or tearing up the slopes on Bachelor with her husband Rick and the family. Most nights you’ll find her elbow deep in the kitchen embracing another great passion of hers, cooking from scratch meals for her large and continuously hungry family!

Her home: Beth lives on the east side of Awbrey Butte in a bright but cozy, open plan, ranch home with beautiful views and fabulous neighbors.

Rick grew up in the Northwest and first lived in Bend in 1992. He has a 20 year background in Marketing, and 12 years of experience purchasing, selling, owning and managing investment properties and is excited to put his expertise to work for you.

Rick is the father of five wonderful children. When he’s not working, you can find Rick running or biking the local trails, coaching his kids sports teams, snowboarding the fresh Central Oregon powder or surfing the Oregon Coast.
