With a family heritage that began in the Northwest growing up in a Real Estate Development family, you can certainly say that Commercial/Investment Real Estate is part of her DNA. Her commercial real estate career began over 30 years ago as VP of Project Management for a national Medical Group and has since taken a path to encompass Investment, Retail, Industrial, Office, Multi-Family and Land Development. Kimberly has the unique prospective to see things through the eye of the user and needs of the investor understanding the complexities of long vs. short term hold, cash on cash return, capital investment, IRR, NOI, risk aversion, highest and best use of land development and future speculation with maintaining the integrity of the investment. No disposition or acquisition is the same, it requires a keen eye for detail to all nuances of the deal, strong negotiation technique and her clients continually benefit from such expertise. Kimberly helps her clients understand lease versus purchase, analyze overhead and prioritize lease rate with location and visibility for all tenants partnering alongside the client as their advocate in negotiating leases. Over the years, she has been quite successful in being part of placing many National and Regional tenants to our local marketplace in the Retail and Office Market. She is locally known for her effective and targeted comprehensive marketing and for being a true professional in the Commercial market.
