-Opportunities to build your professional knowledge and hone your craft: Stellar Power Hours (optional group educational/team building sessions with the purpose of building your business), 14 Course Agent Training Series (for Brokers new to the business or anyone who wants to brush up on their skills and professional knowledge), in office Lunch and Learn sessions, collaborative training sessions with our local industry partners, and plenty of one on one time with Principal Brokers and experienced Realtors.
-Office fun and shenanigans (Including office Happy Hours, group Broker’s Open tours, an office keggar of cold brew coffee…) Our Fun Committee plans our annual Holiday Party (past venues have included Elk Lake Resort and McMenamins St. Francis School), 1st Friday events, our annual family barbecue affectionately known as Stellar Summerfest, and other fun events.
