Cathy became interested in the real estate profession after moving to Bend in 1994 while purchasing her first Bend home in the Historic District. In 1998 she became a licensed broker. Born in the Bay Area, raised in New Jersey Cathy attended high school and college in Oregon. Cathy is a graduate of the University of Portland during which she spent a year in Europe as part of the study abroad program.
Cathy enjoys working with people and has developed a philosophy in her relationships with both home buyers and sellers. For those seeking a home, Cathy understands that every situation is different. She seeks to determine a home buyer’s specific needs, expectations, and resources and then works in the most efficient manner to find the right fit in terms of market availability.
For sellers, Cathy understands that, for many, selling one’s home is one of life’s most significant and important events. As a professional she is sensitive to the complexities involved in terms of the financial and legal aspects of real estate transactions, as well as the human element. Her goal is to navigate through these complexities to a successful outcome for the home seller in the most efficient and effective manner.
She owns a home in the Northwest Crossing neighborhood. Her two children— boy/girl twins—are born and raised Bend natives and currently attending Pacific Crest Middle School. Cathy loves her work and she is especially blessed to live and enjoy her career in such a beautiful place.
