Rob Smith posted an article today for The Business Journal featuring their “On Numbers analysis,” which features a searchable database, ranking the country’s top 366 metro areas.  Salem ranked No. 2 in Oregon, with $130 million in housing projects, and the Eugene-Springfield area was third, with almost $109 million in projects.
